Understanding: "Technology in plain language". There is a lot of exciting technology out there and there are some really gritty problems that need answers. One of the great challenges is helping the people with the problem understand what the people with the answers are taking about, and visa versa! Hopefully we can help bridge the gap to encourage some of the all important match making to take place.

Creative Thinking: Good understanding is key to solving a problem. Once we understand the problems and some of the potential solutions, we need to be creative about how we bring them together, as the old adage goes, "Think what you always thought, get what you always got".

Practical Application: You can have the greatest knowledge and coolest ideas, but its when they touch reality that our lives are changed. Our motto here is tactical delivery in a strategic framework, in other words, "Aim for the summit, but use the bridge to cross the river"!
